In the course of her work as an editorial Intern, for the Infantry Magazine, she has conducted research at the Donovan Technical Library, on the Internet, and in Ft. Benning archives on matters ranging from the actions of American units during the Battle of the Bulge in World War II and during the liberation of the Philippines to current operations in Afghanistan and Iraq.  She has learned a great deal about our nation’s military history in the course of her research.

Her interpersonal skills and knowledge of managerial techniques helped the Infantry editorial staff in their administrative and publication duties. She became involved in the day-to-day operations of the Army’s largest branch magazine, one which is read in all of our nation’s armed forces and in 46 countries worldwide. Along with participating in the Media Interface, a training segment of the Captain's Career course, She completed two book reviews for publication in the magazine.
